A Teka oven that leaves meats dry on the outside and raw on the inside, cakes sunken, or trays with uneven browning is usually warning of something more than just a bad day in the kitchen. Insufficient or uneven cooking almost always results from a combination of actual temperature, heat distribution, use of accessories, and wear on some internal component. The symptom is clear: the program ends, but the food is not as it should be.

In practice, this behavior can come from details as simple as a tray placed on the wrong rack level or as serious as a miscalibrated temperature probe, a worn heating element, or a fan that no longer moves air with enough force. The good news is that most cases leave very specific clues, and reading them well avoids replacing parts blindly and extends the life of the appliance.
