Before considering the installation finished, a complete check should be done with the first fill and the first drain. Any persistent droplet, no matter how small, deserves immediate attention. Initial leaks do not usually disappear on their own; on the contrary, with heat and pressure they become more visible.
The first cycle also serves to listen. A sharp knock can reveal a poorly secured hose; a constant hum, poor leveling; a slow drain, a partial blockage. A technician usually spots details immediately that a user might miss: a poorly oriented trap, a connection that does not handle pressure well, a drain set at the wrong height, or a cable that is too tight. They can also check compatibility between models and cabinets that, in theory, should fit together but in practice do not align so neatly. The difference lies in the nuances, and that is where avoidable failures usually begin.
In any case, a well-installed dishwasher gives a clear feeling from the very first use: the door closes smoothly, water enters quietly, the drain responds without strange noises, and the cabinet stays dry.
