Error: E23

Description: Problem with the emptying/drain pump or the pump-control TRIAC on the electronic control board. The TRIAC may have failed or the pump/connections may be blocked, damaged or disconnected.

Cause

Failure of the pump, blockage in the drain circuit (filter, hose), damaged or loose electrical connections, or a defective TRIAC that controls the pump from the electronic board.

Solution

1. Safety first: Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before any inspection or repair.
2. Inspect and clean the drain pump, filter and hoses to remove any debris or blockages.
