These codes are essentially a way for your oven to communicate what’s wrong, allowing you to identify and, in many cases, solve the issue without the need to immediately call a technician.

F1/E2	UL A / D Error(s)	Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect. Allow at least one minute after power has been restored and if the error code reappears, replace the control board.
F1/E3	Wiring harness cavity size does not match stored value	Check the jumpers in the harness to ensure they match the actual oven size.
F1/E4	Model identification error	Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
F1/E5	Calibration shifted	Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
F1/E6	Latch signal mismatch error	Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
F1/E9	Overflow	Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
F2/E0	Shorted touch panel (keypad)	Check the connection between the touch panel (keypad) and the control panel (clock) to ensure it is secure. Select the ‘cancel’ function and wait 60 seconds. If the error code reappears, replace the touch panel, or touch panel and control board (clock) if it is a single assembly.
F2/E1	Touchpad (keypad) cable unplugged	Check the connection between the touchpad (keypad) and the control board (clock) to ensure it is secure. Select the ‘cancel’ function and wait 60 seconds. If the error code reappears, replace the touch panel, or touch panel and control board (clock) if it is a single assembly.
F2/E5	Cancel key line open	Check the connection between the touch panel (keypad) and the control board (clock) to ensure it is secure. Select the ‘cancel’ function and wait 60 seconds. If the error code reappears, replace the touch panel, or touch panel and control board (clock) if it is a single assembly.
F2/E6	Cancel key line open	Check the connection between the touch panel (keypad) and the control board (clock) to ensure it is secure. Select the ‘cancel’ function and wait 60 seconds. If the error code reappears, replace the touch panel, or touch panel and control board (clock) if it is a single assembly.
F5/E	Door switch defect	If the door is locked, disconnect power from the unit and check wires and connections. If damage is found, replace the appropriate part. If connections are not damaged, reconnect power and hold down any key until the F5 error disappears. Once the F2 code appears, select ‘cancel’ and watch for errors for a minute. If the door is NOT latched, disconnect power from the unit and check wires and connections. If damage is found, replace the appropriate part. If connections are not damaged, measure the door switch (door open = latch open) and latch switch (unlatch = switch open) and replace if defective. If corrections are made during any step, power should be reconnected and the unit should be tested. Press and hold down any key to clear the error code and the F2 code should appear. Select ‘cancel’ and watch for errors for a minute. If the error continues, disconnect power and replace the control.
F6/E0	Return line not connected	Replace the control board (clock)
F7/E1	Common switch wire is defective	Check all connections on the control board and on the latch switch and door switch. If connections are correct, then check the individual switches as described for the F5 error code.
